Week 89

Zone Conference and Conversion

Elder Noda and I had an amazing last week. Uwajima is great. Different from Osaka, but still all the same. Helping people come unto Christ in any way we can.

We had Zone Conference yesterday, so that's why I'm writing on Tuesday for me. We had a great spiritual experience. It took 4 and a half hours to get there, but I had a great personal study about conversion. It was great to see the many amazing missionaries of Shikoku!

I read Enos, 1st Nephi 11, and Alma 5. It talks about the love of God and how it is the most desirable of all things. And that if we repent, Christ will receive us and let us partake of the water of life freely. Of His love freely. 

But some people ate the fruit and fell away, some stayed. So is feeling God's love conversion? 

Sadly, not!

Conversion is changing because of the love you feel. Turning outwards and doing what God and Christ would do in that situation. Lehi called out to his family, He was converted. 

So I invite you all to change because of the love you feel from Christ and Heavenly Father. Follow Their commandments, exercise faith, and use Christ's gift of the Atonement. 

We found a sweet highschooler called Shion, we'll be teaching him this Thursday, please pray for him! 

Elder Noda and I are doing great, he is incredible!
